    We provide Professional Carpet steam cleaning service, which is also known as Hot water extraction. This is the most recommended method by all carpet manufacturers as this is the only method that thoroughly removes dirt, harmful bacteria, fungus, chemicals, pollens and other residues, while restoring the carpet fibres to their original condition.

    Steam carpet cleaning (hot water extraction method) is suitable for most type of carpet, but Jute, Sisal Carpets, Silk, 100% Linen carpets(also known as Natural Fibres).

  10. Should I vacuum before your carpet cleaning services?

    This is not mandatory but if you have some time give the carpets a quick vacuum. Vacuuming the carpets before the cleaners arrive will remove all light dirt and gunk from the carpets.

  11. Do you use top quality products?

    You can be assured that our products are effective, efficient and safe for your carpet, the consumer, and the environment. If a spot can be removed, our products will remove it.

  12. How long I can not walk on my carpet after your carpet cleaning service?

    The carpet will be damp on completion, we will recommend that you keep of it for at least 45 min.

  13. What is the drying time for the carpets?

    The drying time may vary depending on the thickness of the carpet pile and the weather conditions, minimum expectation is 2.5 hours.

  14. Do you move furniture?

    Our technician will move around all furniture up to 20 kg. Due to health and safety restrictions heavier items will stay as they are and we will not be able to move any PC desks and TV units.

  15. Do you charge per hour or per job?

    Our prices are based on the description of the carpeted areas and the size of the area that needs to be cleaned?

  16. Do you have minimum call out charge?

    All carpet cleaning orders are subject to a minimum of £60 (excl. Vat).

  17. What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer easy payment options. The payment is expected on the day of the cleaning. Cash and card payments are accepted. Please note that additional 4% surcharge may apply for credit card payments

  20. What cleaning Packages do you offer?

    Apart from our Pay as you GO service, which cost £16.80 per hour inclusive of VAT, we are offering 5 different packages for clients interested in Recurring cleaning.

    Each package is based on the required Frequency and number of Weekly / Fortnightly visits.
    All packages are part of a club Membership Plan.
    The payment plan consist of Monthly fee, allowing you to pay a exclusive rate of £9, instead of the standard £16.80 (46% cheaper)


    • Fortnightly - Bronze Package - £25 per month (incl. VAT)
    • Once per week - Silver Package -£35 per month (incl. VAT)
    • Twice per week - Gold Package-£50 per month (incl. VAT)
    • Three times per week - Platinum Package- £80 per month (incl. VAT)
    • Four or Five times per week - Diamond Package - £100 per month (incl. VAT)

  21. How is the Average Price calculated?

    Here is a typical example of how an Average Hourly Rate is calculated, if you need a cleaner for 3 hours, once a week:

    £9 per hour x 3 hrs = £27 per visit
    £27 per visit x 4 weeks = £108 each Month
    £35 (incl. Vat) - Club Membership - Paid Monthly

    Total Monthly Cost: £143 (£108 + £35)

    £143 / 12 hours  = £11.91 Average hourly rate

     

    Our Pay as you Go Hourly Rate is £16.80 (£14 + Vat).

  22. What are your concerns?

  24. Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?

    Yes, the minimum duration is 2 hours per visit.

  25. Do you offer Fortnightly cleaning services?

    Yes we do. Depending on your requirements we can arrange cleaning visits on a weekly and fortnightly basis.

  26. What areas do you cover?

    We offer cleaning services in most London Postcodes.

  27. How long will it take you to find me a cleaner?

    We usually require 2 days notice in order to provide a suitable cleaner for the requested day and time.

  28. Are your regular cleaning services available on a monthly basis?

    This service is only available on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Monthly cleaning sessions are considered as deeper cleaning and we recommend that you have a look at our One-off / Spring cleaning service.

  29. Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials?

    We usually require all cleaning materials and equipment to be provided by the client unless other arrangements are made prior to the booking

  30. What is the difference between the packages?

    The packages vary depending on how frequent you would like the cleaner. Example: Once a fortnight, Once a week, Twice a week, Three times per week and more

  31. Will I have the same cleaner every time?

    Same cleaner is Guaranteed.

  32. How do I pay for the cleaning?

    Cleaner's rate is paid on the day of the service, in cash or BACS. The hourly rate starts from £9 per hour. The monthly membership fee is paid to our company once a month*
    *the monthly fee varies according to the chosen package.

  33. Why do I pay separately to the cleaner and your company?

    Once you have chosen the most appropriate cleaning package you will be entitled to a premium hourly rate starting from £9.00. As we are VAT registered the monthly fee needs to be paid separately to the company.

  34. Can I specify the day the cleaner comes?

    You can specify the day for the cleaner to come. We will make every effort to supply you with a suitable cleaner for the chosen day.

  35. Can my cleaner come when I am at work?

    You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don't have to be in on the day the cleaner comes.

  36. What happens if my cleaner is sick or goes on holiday?

    Replacement cleaner is Guaranteed and will be organised as per your request.

  37. What happens if I am not happy with my cleaner?

    If you are not entirely satisfied with the cleaning performance please let us know via phone call or email. Your concerns will be discussed and solution will be offered.

  38. How do you ensure quality of your housekeepers?

    Each Candidate is interviewed in person. We would like to ensure the suitability of the applicant.
    In addition to that we require cleaners to provide us with proof of ID, Proof of address, references from previous employers.

  39. Can you provide references from some of your customers?

    Yes, we can provide references from our current customers.

  40. Are there any restrictions with regards to what the cleaner will clean?

    There are a few restrictions you should bare in mind. The cleaner will not perform any deep or specialised cleaning on any antique, delicate or valuable items. Also balconies, walls and window cleaning are excluded from the cleaning services. Windows will only be cleaned on the inside.

  41. Is Laundry part of your services?

    No, laundry services are excluded from our standard task list, but the cleaning lady will happily take the clothes out of the washing machine, fold and iron them.

  42. Are you insured?

    Yes we are fully insured through the Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance PLC

  43. What about damages?

    Although we are fully insured most of our cleaners work with us on subcontractors' basis. In such occasion your cleaning lady will be responsible for to undertake to replace or repair the damaged item.

  44. What payment methods do you accept?

    The monthly fee is paid via direct debit. The hourly rate paid to the cleaner can be settled by BACS or cash payment on the day of the cleaning session.

End of Tenancy

  45. I am moving out of the property. When is the best time to have the property cleaned?

    We recommend that a cleaning service is scheduled once you have moved out and the property is free of personal belongings.

    We recommend that your inventory check is scheduled no more than 48 hours after the cleaning service.

  48. Do you work over the weekend?

    Yes, our services are available 7 days a week without any extra charges for weekends

  49. Do I have to be in the property during the cleaning service?

    We only require your presence in the beginning and at the end of the service. The cleaners do not need to be supervised; however you are welcome to observe the service.

  50. What is included in the End of tenancy cleaning?

    Our service includes deep cleaning of the whole property. Please follow the link to review the full TASK LIST. If you have any special requirements please advise us when you are placing your order.

  51. Are there any exclusions to your task list?

    The service excludes cleaning of the external sides of the windows, painted walls, ceilings and balconies.

  52. Will the inside of the oven be cleaned?

    Yes it will.

  53. Can you defrost my freezer?

    Yes we can, on some occasions we might ask you to switch off the freezer before the cleaning starts.

  54. Do you provide cleaning equipment and materials?

    We could arrange all cleaning detergents to be supplied by the cleaner and we could deliver the cleaning equipment required for the service* *additional charge may apply

  56. Can you clean the carpets on the same day as the end of tenancy cleaning?

  57. How long in advance do I have to book a cleaning session?

    We usually require 48 hour notice to organise an End of Tenancy cleaning. Sometimes it might take longer but we will advise you what is the earliest we can send cleaner to you and can add you to our waiting list.

  58. Do you guarantee your End of Tenancy service?

    Yes, we do. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service, we will organise a recovery cleaning FREE of charge. You need to request this within 24 hours of completion of the service

  59. Do you provide a receipt that the property has been professionally cleaned in case that I need to show it to my landlord?

    Yes, we do. The cleaner will provide you with receipt on completion of the job and we will e-mail you an electronic copy.

  60. Do you charge per hour or per job?

    We charge per hour and if the cleaning is taking us less/more time on the day, the quote will be amended accordingly. Minimum of 4 hours per visit apply.

    Once you have chosen the most appropriate cleaning package you will be entitled to a premium hourly rate starting from £9.00. As we are VAT registered the monthly fee needs to be paid separately to the company.

    You can specify the day for the cleaner to come. We will make every effort to supply you with a suitable cleaner for the chosen day.

  35. Can my cleaner come when I am at work?

    You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don't have to be in on the day the cleaner comes.

    Replacement cleaner is Guaranteed and will be organised as per your request.

  38. How do you ensure quality of your housekeepers?

    Each Candidate is interviewed in person. We would like to ensure the suitability of the applicant.
    In addition to that we require cleaners to provide us with proof of ID, Proof of address, references from previous employers.

  40. Are there any restrictions with regards to what the cleaner will clean?

    There are a few restrictions you should bare in mind. The cleaner will not perform any deep or specialised cleaning on any antique, delicate or valuable items. Also balconies, walls and window cleaning are excluded from the cleaning services. Windows will only be cleaned on the inside.

  41. Is Laundry part of your services?

    No, laundry services are excluded from our standard task list, but the cleaning lady will happily take the clothes out of the washing machine, fold and iron them.

    Yes we are fully insured through the Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance PLC

  43. What about damages?

    Although we are fully insured most of our cleaners work with us on subcontractors' basis. In such occasion your cleaning lady will be responsible for to undertake to replace or repair the damaged item.
